Network Access
What is Network Access?
Network access is the feature provided by QuestionPro, to restrict user's access to a specified IP range. The users with the IP addresses within the range will have access otherwise, they’re denied access to the QuestionPro account.
How to set up the Network Access?
Please follow the steps below to add the trusted IP range for your QuestionPro organization:
- Go to: My Account » Global Settings » Network Access
- Click on the Add Range button
- In the pop-up, provide the name of the IP range, add the trusted IP range, and click on the Save Changes button.
- The trusted IP range is set for your organization. Similary, you can add multiple IP ranges for your organization.
What error will the user get if they are trying to login from the non-trusted IP?
The user will get the following error if they are using any IP address other than the trusted range specified by the primary user:
