Removing bounced and duplicate email addresses
Can I delete duplicate email addreses or bounced email addresses?
Follow the below steps to delete either bounced or duplicate email address in a particular email list.
- Go to: Login » Surveys (select a survey) » Distribute .
- Click on the Lists tab. Here you can see all your email lists and create new ones.
- Click on the list you wish to make a change to
- Click on the Delete symbol button visible in the bounced or deleted tiles as per your desired action.
I have multiple email lists. Can I De-Duplicate emails across email lists?
Deletion is specific to email lists only. De-Duplication across multiple email address would need to be performed manually.
