Email notification for each complete

When respondents answer your survey, it is customary and good practice to thank them for their time spent on giving you feedback. Also, a survey response may be needed by the respondent for record keeping.

You can setup a thank you email for respondents which they will receive upong completion of their survey.

You can enable this option under: My Surveys (Select Survey) » Edit » Settings » Notifications

Enable the toggle for Thank You Email

Thank you email notifications will be enabled and emails will be sent to respondents if they are sent from QuestionPro email tracking or if you have added a question on the survey asking respondents for their email address.

Under notifications, click on the Thank You Email text.

Here you can now edit the subject and content of the email. You can also use system variables for dynamic replacement.
