Customizing the link text in the email invitation
Survey link text is the text to which survey URL is hyperlinked in your email invitation message. When respondents receive the survey invitation they will see the survey link text that you specified as the link to take the survey.
How do I edit the survey link text?
To edit/customize the survey link text:
- Go to: Login » Surveys (select a survey) » Distribute » Email.
- Compose tab will be opened by default.
- In the email body, click on the insert survey link icon as shown in the below image to add survey link (tracked or anonymous).
- Here, you can see the survey link text. You can customize the default text (start survey) based on your need, e.g. 'click here to start survey'. Enter the desired text text field. If you remove the text from this field, the full QuestionPro survey URL will be displayed.
