Global Settings

The settings that are applicable to the whole QuestionPro account are collectively known as global settings. The settings listed below are those that can be found under global settings:

• Email Server: Select whether to use QuestionPro email server or your own SMTP
• Email Reports: Update the the email preference for the reports.
• Survey Settings: Setup default survey settings for your account.
• Account Settings: Select the QuestionPro product you want to open upon login.
• SSO Authentication: Setup SSO authentication for your account.
• Network Access: Restrict the login for your account to a certain IP ranges.
• Logs: Access the integration logs and the audit logs for your account.

To view/update the global settings for your account please follow the steps below:

• Login to your QuestionPro account, click on the user profile icon on the top right corner
• From the user profile dropdown, click on Global Settings option

• This will open up the global setting options.
