If an issue or a bug that you report cannot be resolved immediately, this issue will be escalated and added to issue tracker. Issue tracker tool will show you all the issues that were reported and their resolution and status.

This can be tracked under: My Account » Issue Tracker Under issue tracker, you will see all issues that were reported and escalated. Clicking on the issue will open a popup with details of this issue and conversation history. You will receive updates on the issue at your email address. You can also check the ETA and status for your issues here.
