HyperLocal - Location Based Surveys
HyperLocal surveys allow you to engage your respondents based on context of a location or a general area. When a user is in the vicinity of a location, survey for the vicinity will be available for your respondents to take. Surveys can be authored by targeting locations with the following options:
- a) One or more specific entities - For example, Starbucks that is located at Pioneer Square in Seattle and El Gaucho located at Bellevue Downtown.
- b) All entities within a category - For example, all Starbucks and all restaurants within 5 mile radius of Los Angeles.
- c) Notify user to take a survey when the user is within a certain distance of a location.
