QuestionPro is an online survey software company that provides Advanced License features to all the users directed through TechSoup.
Follow the below steps:
Required:
1.Sign Up for a free account with QuestionPro - Using your email address (that is registered with TechSoup)
2. Login to your QuestionPro account and navigate to my account on the top right corner and then in the promo codes section enter the promo code you've received on email via techsoup and activate / renew your subscription
3. You're all set and can start using your QuestionPro account
Optional:
We ask that you put attribution to QuestionPro on your website. Please place the attached HTML Code on your website. Doing so, will guarantee subsequent annual renewals - automatically.
Once the changes are done please contact QuestionPro support representative and they will make the further changes for you.
You will be getting a Non-Profit license which will contain all Advanced License Features. For viewing the features available with Advanced license please refer this following link- https://www.questionpro.com/features/
The license will expire within one year from the date when you sign up with QuestionPro via TechSoup.

No. Please contact your webmaster or have your IT staff edit and paste the HTML on your website and then email us. We do not upgrade accounts free of cost without this requirement.
QuestionPro Advanced License features are donated through TechSoup with a donation fee of $102, hence the “Free Survey Powered by QuestionPro” header cannot be removed. If you wish to remove that header you would need to purchase Advanced Annual License priced at $1188 annually.
