What is viewed count?
The viewed count is the total number of times a survey link has been clicked on. It acts as a page counter to give you an estimate of the number of times the survey was opened on a browser.
How can I check the count of total number of views on a survey?
Select the survey you want to see the viewed count for and go to Analytics.
View count cannot be incremented for embedded surveys. If you are using HTML survey embedding or embedding the first question in an email, please ignore view counts.
Can I reset the viewed count?
Yes, as best practices it is always recommended to reset the viewed count before distributing the survey.
Goto: Analytics >> Select Participant Statistics from the first drop down >> Click on the reset link available next to viewed
