It is not possible to edit/change the subject line of the admin confirmation email as it is a system default setup. However, we do have a workaround to it where you will need to create a new notification. Please follow the steps below to create a new notification:
1. Click on the ‘+New Notification" button on the Notifications home page, enter a name to it, and hit the ‘Add Notification’ button.

2. On the next step you will need to set up a criterion to send the Admin confirmation email for every Completed response. You will also find the option to edit the email subject/body, also to choose whether you want the respondent to receive a copy as well.
