If an account is blocked due to reaching over-limit of spam abuse count, will the survey in field gets locked as well?
No. The survey still remains open for the respondents to take and responses are still collected. Only the account is blocked and our security team reviews the survey send-outs and accordingly they will give suggestions to avoid such situations.
The reason for doing this is, if the respondents mark the survey invite as spam then the QuestionPro mailing servers get the spam hit directly and if the count increases then it might get blacklisted and this will affect the overall send-outs for other clients as well. Thus to avoid such a situation we have taken this additional step.
