It is not possible to add a dynamic comment box for the options of the Image rating question, it is by default disabled for the question. However, if you are in need of obtaining extra information from the user based on their image selection, then you can add a text question - comment box (1 for each image) and then apply show/hide question logic on them (to display the question if the corresponding image is selected else it will be hidden).
