The Scheduler has the option to set the time in PST time zone only (https://monosnap.com/file/3okbgkhhchPp1cMppZbwrHU6NlKuRE)

You need to set the time according to PST and the report will be received according to the account time zone.

In the above scenario: As the client is from CET time zone, they will receive the report via email at 4 AM (7 PM PST).
