With Notifications we can create a Ticket based on criteria decided in Notifications.
You can select Survey >> NotificationsWith this you can create multiple tickets and they will be auto assigned to supervisors with QXBOT.
Tickets will be assgined based on the skills and expertise of each agent for accurate ticket assignment based on the Agent List created.
Utilize the AI-based QXBOT that will automatically assign tickets to the most qualified agents based on their skills and expertise.
