QuestionPro 'CX On The Go' enables users to view and analyze customer responses directly from the app. This feature provides insights into customer feedback, allowing managers to understand sentiment, identify pain points, and make informed decisions to improve the overall customer experience.

Unread responses are indicated by the blue dots in the responses section. Once a specific response is checked or read by the user the blue dot for that specific response is removed.
