Enhanced Closed Loop
How can one control Enhanced Closed Loop access to Managers?
- By default, Managers would not have access to the Enhanced Closed Loop system. The access can be given via the manager settings.
- Goto Admin->Managers
- You will see a list of managers. Click on the ellipses besides each manager, select View Manager Details, a pop-up will open. The pop-up has an option for Role. You can select the Enhanced Closed Loop role for providing the access.
How can one control Enhanced Closed Loop access to sub-accounts?
- Once Enhanced Closed Loop is enabled in the product switcher, it is accessible to all the accounts and sub-accounts.
- If an access is to be revoked, that can be done via organization settings.
- Goto Account Settings, Select Organisation. Select Role. A list of roles will appear.
- Select the role, select product as Customer Experience.
- Goto to Action tab and uncheck Enhanced Closed Loop
