Word Cloud Widget

A word cloud widget is a data visualization tool used to represent textual data in a visual and engaging format. It visually displays the most frequently occurring words or terms from a given set of text, with the size of each word proportional to its frequency or importance in the text. The more times a word appears in the text, the larger and more prominent it appears in the word cloud.

The word cloud widget is particularly useful for quickly identifying patterns, trends, and themes within large volumes of unstructured textual data, such as customer feedback, survey responses, reviews, social media comments, and more. It condenses the text into a concise visual representation, making it easy to grasp the most prevalent sentiments or topics expressed by users.

This widget is available at the survey level. The steps to add a word cloud widget are as below.

• Browse workspace and click on Add widget button
• At the survey level, select the word cloud widget.



• You can select the question, whose responses are to be plotted in word cloud format



• Additionally, you can apply filters - Segment, Custom Variables, Product and Product Group


• The widget will get added with default dimensions.
