Using SMS transaction communications are sent through the CX platform. Survey URLs to get feedback are sent using the SMS. On the platform, CX users can choose from the multiple supported SMS providers a provider of their choice.
How to change the SMS Provider?
Once you are in your account, you can see the “SMS Provider” option under the “Deploy” tab of the platform.
Inside the “SMS Provider” option you can choose the provider of your choice from the provided dropdown.
Once you choose the SMS provider of your choice, click on the “Save” button. Now the new SMS Provider that you choose will be used to send the SMS from your account.
Note:
Each SMS provider has different prices and serves different countries; so, read the provided details and notes with the SMS provider carefully.
If the SMS provider of your choice is not present in the dropdown; you can get in touch with your customer support managers and we will add the SMS provider to the platform.
