The closed loop feedback system provides a seamless export feature, allowing users to directly export tickets in an Excel file (.xlsx). Users can download tickets from each Workspacr separately. To download data, go to the Manage tab from the left navigation menu and in the Export section youwill find the option to select the Workspace.
Yes, users can use the Advance opiton to apply filters based on Stats, Priority, Type, Segment, Assignee and date. Also, we provide optoin to customzie the columns in the excel report. You can pick and chose which column will be a part of the excel download
