Reply Templates
How to create Reply templates?
- Go to Settings.
- In the General tab click on button New template.
- The popup of new template will appear, in which you can write the title and the content.
- Lets say you want to create a Thank you template. In our case the title will be “Thank you” and the content will be “Thank you for your review!”. After filling these two fields, the Save button will be enabled and you can click on it to save the template.
- After clicking the Save button you will be notified that the template is saved.
How to use Reply templates?
- After creating the Reply template, to use it go to Reviews screens. Click on the Templates button.
- The Reply Template that we created before will appear here. Click on it.
- The content of the template will appear as a comment and the Reply button will be enabled. Click on the Reply button.
- You will be notified that your Reply has been saved and your comment is added for that review.
