                Who is a Detractor
                       
            When a respondent gives a bad rating (0-6), a ticket is generated under the Detractor Recovery page. Ticket is visible to the Segment mapped with that respondent. 
         
        
            
                What are the options under Detractor Settings?
                       
            The options under Detractor Settings are as follows:
                
                    - Ticketing For All responses: Turning it on will create tickets for all the negative responses received for the survey. 
 
                    - Email Notification: Turn this on, if you need email notification for every ticket generated for the negative response. The email notification will be sent to the manager assigned to the particular segment recieving that negative response.
