Import Metrics

The import metrics feature provides a comprehensive view of analytics for each import operation. Additionally, it enables the convenient downloading of survey URLs associated with individual transactions.

The Import Metrics can be accessed within the Deploy section of a Workspace. Here's an overview of the interface: The screen layout consists of multiple columns, each representing specific details for enhanced visibility.

• Imported At - The timestamp of the import operation.
• Uploaded - The number of transactions uploaded in the import operation.
• Excluded - The number of transactions excluded in the import operation.
• Imported - The number of transactions imported in the import operation.
• Sent - The number of transactions sent in the import operation.
• Started At - The timestamp when the import operation was started.
• Completed On - The timestamp when the import operation was completed.
• Download - Option to download the import operation details.

Each row provides transaction details. The fields are same as the ones you get in the Disposition Metrics. Following is the description.

• First Name - The first name of the respondent.
• Last Name - The last name of the respondent.
• Email Address - The email address of the respondent.
• Phone Number - The phone number of the respondent.
• Delivery Status - The delivery status of the transaction.
• Response Status - The response status of the survey sent.
• Sent Timestamp - The timestamp when the transaction was sent.
• Response ID - The response ID of the respondent.
• Survey URL - The survey url of the imported transaction
• Custom1 to Custom100 - The custom data saved in respective custom variables for the transaction
