CX Manage Supervisor
Supervisor is the person head of a particular business unit.
To add a supervisor for a business unit, go to: Login >> CX >> Settings >>> Business Units
- Click on Mange Supervisor for the business unit you wish to add a supervisor.
- A new window will open up.
- Enter the first name, last name and the email address of the supervisor you wish to add.
- Click on Add
Once you add a new supervisor, you may later change the default supervisor. click on default option below the email address which you wish to change to default.
Yes, you can email the password to the supervisor. Click on Mange Supervisor, click on More against the email address for which you wish to email the password and click on Email password.
Yes, you can reset the supervisor's password. Click on Mange Supervisor, click on More against the email address for which you wish to reset the password and click on Reset password.
